Yes – You always receive a free proof (a digital sketch) that shows how your print will look on the products before we start production. Once you have checked and approved the proof, westart production.

We can often help you improve and raise the quality of your print files free of charge. Formore advanced editing jobs, we charge an hourly rate.

What we need to know is which product you want, quantity and product color (please statethe Pantone/PMS code if you want a specific color). In addition to this, we need informationabout your invoice address and desired delivery address. We also need your logo and any textetc. to be printed on the products. For best printing results, we want the logo/text in EPS format, created in Adobe Illustrator, FreeHand or Corel Draw saved as a vectorized eps file. Itis also fine to send in AI & PDF (vectorized) formats. We will then return with a confirmationvia email that we have received your order. You always receive a proof that shows how yourprint will look on the products before we start production. Once you have checked andapproved the proof, we start production.

Yes, we always send proofs showing how the print will look on the products you order beforewe start production. Remember to read the proofread carefully. Any errors must be correctedin the proof. The delivery time is always calculated from the approved proofreading.

If you make a recurring/repeat order for the same product without changing the logo, no proofwill normally be sent.

We normally do not produce samples of physical product with logo printing for approvalbefore we start production. If you would like a physical test print, you must notify us in connection with your order. Keep in mind that an extra cost is added for a physical test printand that the delivery time is extended.

We are happy to send samples for inspection if you want to see our products in real life. Mostsamples are with random logos or blank/unmarked. Low value samples normally do not needto be returned. If you want samples of more expensive products or many different products, we ask you to return the samples within 7 days.

For best printing results, we want the logo in EPS format, created in Adobe Illustrator, FreeHand, Corel Draw saved as a vectorized eps file. It is also fine to send the logo in AI orPDF (vectorized). If you are unsure, you are always welcome to contact us and we will helpyou check the files.

EPS is a digital file format that is common in printing contexts and is required to provide a high quality print. When an EPS file is vectorized, it means that it is made up of mathematicalformulas. This makes it possible to enlarge/reduce the logo without the quality deteriorating.

EPS originals are created in special programs such as Adobe Illustrator. You cannot createvectorized eps files in programs such as Word, Powerpoint or Paint. Images displayed on websites on the Internet are not in EPS format.

In order to create a logotype in EPS format, special software is needed, such as Adobe Illustartor. A common misconception is that it is enough to place or paste a regular jpg or gif file in Adobe Illustrator and then save the file in EPS format. The file is then in EPS format, but the content is not vectorized but still in bitmap format. To create a vectorized EPS file, thelogo must be redrawn manually and then resaved in EPS format.

It is not possible to convert a normal image file to eps format just by changing the extensionin the file name from, for example, logo.jpg to logo.eps. Just changing the extension on thefile does not make the file vectorized, but the file stops working.

It is possible to create a vectorized EPS file in Adobe Photoshop, but then it is not enough toplace or paste a regular jpg or other bitmap file and then save in EPS format. The logo mustbe redrawn manually and then resaved in EPS format.

To check that the EPS file is vectorized, special software such as Adobe Illustartor is required. If you are missing Adobe Illustartor, you can email the file to us and we can check the file.

Yes, we sell some products without logo marking.

To make sure that we print your logo in exactly the color you want, we ask you to provide thePMS number for the printing colors. PMS stands for Pantone Matching System and is an international standard for printing inks.

Since there are many shades of, for example, the color red, we want you to specify the exactshade by entering a pms number.

If you are not sure which pms color your print should have, contact your advertisingdepartment or advertising agency. You can also ask the printer who helped you with, forexample, business cards or stationery.

If you want, we can help you choose pms/pantone color for your logotype. We try to find a color as close to your original color as possible, but we can never make any guarantees thatthe color matches the color you usually use.

Keep in mind that certain shade changes can occur when printing on certain materials and on colored substrates.

CMYK is an abbreviation for the primary colors cyan, magenta, yellow and black used in four-color printing. Simply put, you can say that CMYK/4 color printing is a photographicprint and you can print a motif with an unlimited number of colors.

Normal delivery time is about 4-6 weeks, but it varies for different products. Butwe offerexpress delivery for some products at extra cost. We have a selection of products that we can deliver extra quickly if you are short on time. Contact us for details.

Important to keep in mind is that the delivery time applies from your approval. Don’t forget toinform us of your possible deadline before placing your order.

Files smaller than 10 mb can be sent by email. The files that exceed this limit are sent viaWeTransfer. 

Yes, for each product there is a minimum order volume that must be met. The limit varies fordifferent products and if the price for, for example, a promotional pen starts to be stated at 2,000 pcs, then 2,000 pcs is the minimum edition we sell. Unfortunately, we cannot sell fewerproducts with your logo than what is stated as the minimum order for each product.

When we print your logo or text on the products, the printer must first create a “cliché” orprinting plate that is used during printing. A cliché/printing plate is required for each printingcolor. The cliché cost is a one-time cost as the cliché can be used again in future orders for thesame product.

Yes, the delivery can be split between several delivery addresses, but keep in mind thatshipping costs are added for each address. A cost for splitting the delivery may also be addeddepending on which product you ordered and how many addresses the delivery should be split to. Keep in mind that you must notify us in connection with your order if you want thedelivery to be split between several recipients.

No, all goods are manufactured specifically for each customer. Should delivered products be faulty, complaints must be made within five days of receipt.
